20th Annual Run/Walk Rocklin
Join us for the 20th Annual Run/Walk Rocklin on Sunday April 16, 2023, at Sunset Whitney Recreation Area, 4201 Midas Ave., Rocklin. A community event for health, wellness and fund raising. Benefiting the Matt Redding Foundation, local schools and other non profit organizations. Run Rocklin offers a variety of athletic experiences – from the flat 5K, the scenic 12K, to the ‘Run the Rock’ Half-Marathon. The event has been designed for the casual walker to the competitive athlete, providing safe courses, activities for the family, and top race management. Enjoy the great music that we’ll provide, the FREE kids ¼ mile and 1 mile runs, the bounce houses, post-race food and beverages, and the Expo area, which features local businesses and active lifestyle products. Race Times:
- 7:45 am – Kids ¼ Mile Run
- 8:00 am – Half Marathon
- 8:15 am – 12K Run/Walk
- 8:30 am – 5K Run/Walk
- 9:30 am – Kids 1 Mile Run
Awards:
- Finisher Awards will be handed out at the finish line
- Kids Fun Run finishers receive a finisher’s ribbon
- Finsher Medals for the 5K, 12K and 1/2 Marathon
- Awards for Top 3 finishers in each age group (distance, men & women) 5-year increments will be mailed after the event
Top 5 largest teams (based on number of paid registrants) earn bonus for their selected/affiliated non-profit:

- 4th Place $200
- 5th Place $100
Strollers/baby joggers are welcome – Please be aware with new course terrain strollers may be difficult to roll. Race timing provided by Capital Road Race Management, Northern California’s Premier Race Management & Timing Company.
